笼养和福利散养模式下蛋鸡相关性能比较分析

Comparative Analysis on Performances of Laying Hens under Cage and Welfare Free Range Modes

为探讨传统笼养和福利散养模式下蛋鸡的外观性能、生产性能、血清抗体水平和鸡蛋品质等指标的差异,试验对山西平遥某养殖场传统笼养和福利养殖模式下蛋鸡相关性能进行比较分析。结果显示:传统笼养组蛋鸡产蛋率极显著高于福利散养组(P<0.01),鸡蛋破损率极显著低于福利散养组(P<0.01),料蛋比极显著低于福利散养组(P<0.01),38~45周龄死淘率极显著高于福利散养组(P<0.01);两种模式下蛋鸡360日龄蛋重、蛋白重、蛋黄重、蛋壳重、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋黄颜色等蛋品质指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。此外,传统笼养组蛋鸡外观性状与血清抗体水平均低于福利散养组。综上所述,蛋鸡福利散养相较于传统笼养模式,有外观表现好、免疫能力强、死淘率低的优点,但会导致产蛋率降低、蛋破损率和料蛋比升高。

To explore the differences in appearance,production performance,serum antibody level and egg quality of laying hens in traditional cage and welfare free range modes,a comparative study was carried out in a farm in Pingyao,Shanxi province.The results showed that the egg production rate of the laying hens in traditional cage was significantly higher than that of welfare free range mode(P<0.01),the egg damage rate was significantly lower than that of welfare free range mode(P<0.01),the feed egg ratio and the death rate of 38 to 45 weeks of age were significantly lower than that of welfare free range mode(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in egg quality indexes such as egg weight,protein weight,yolk weight,eggshell weight,eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,albumen height,Haugh unit and yolk color between the two groups(P>0.05).In addition,the appearance and serum antibody level of the traditional cage were not as good as the welfare free range mode.Compared with the traditional cage mode,welfare free range modes had the advantages of better appearance,stronger immunity and lower death rate,but the disadvantage was that it would reduce the egg laying rate,increase the egg damage rate and the feed egg ratio.
