Research Progress on Novel Duck Reovirusis Disease

新型鸭呼肠孤病毒病是近年影响我国养鸭业的新发疫病,该病主要感染雏鸭,以肝脾出血和坏死为主要病理特征,因其能引起免疫抑制和生长障碍,给养鸭业造成严重经济损失。文章对新型鸭呼肠孤病毒病的流行病学、临床症状和病理变化、病原学、诊断方法、致病机制、预防与治疗措施等进行综述,阐述其研究进展,为深入研究和预防治疗该疫病提供参考。

Novel duck reovirus disease is a new disease that has affected the duck industry in China in recent years.The disease mainly infects ducklings,with liver and spleen hemorrhage and necrosis as the main pathological features.Because of its immunosuppression and growth disorders,it caused serious economic losses to the duck industry.This article reviewed the epidemiology,clinical symptoms and pathological changes,etiology,diagnostic methods,pathogenic mechanism,prevention and treatment measures of the disease,and explains its research progress,which would provide references for in-depth research and prevention and treatment of the disease.
