不孕女性维生素D水平与卵巢储备功能的相关性研究

Correlation between vitamin D level and ovarian reserve function in infertile women

目的:探讨不孕女性维生素D水平与卵巢储备功能各指标之间的相关性。方法:选取不孕女性80例,检测25(OH)D、抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)水平,超声检查观察窦卵泡计数(AFC),分析25(OH)D_(3)水平与AMH、FSH、AFC各指标的相关性。结果:80例不孕女性中,维生素D缺乏26例(32.50%),不足19例(23.75%),充足35例(43.75%)。按照维生素D缺乏、不足和充足分组,3组年龄、体质量指数、不孕年限、不孕原因和AMH、AFC、FSH各指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多重线性回归显示,25(OH)D_(3)水平与AMH、FSH、AFC指标均无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:不孕女性维生素D水平与卵巢储备功能各项指标均无明显相关关系,补充维生素D可能没有改善不孕女性卵巢储备功能的作用。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between vitamin D level and ovarian reserve function in infertile women.Methods:Eighty infertile women were selected.25(OH)D_(3),anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),follicular stimulating hormone(FSH)level were detected.Sinus follicle count(AFC)was observed by ultrasonography.The correlation between 25(OH)D_(3)level and AMH,FSH,AFC was analyzed.Results:Among the 80 infertile women,26 cases(32.50%)were deficient in vitamin D,19 cases(23.75%)were insufficient in vitamin D,and 35 cases(43.75%)were sufficient in vitamin D.There were no significant differences in age,body mass index,infertility years,infertility reasons and endocrine among the 3 groups of patients with different 25(OH)Dlevel(P>0.05).Multiple linear regression showed that 25(OH)D_(3)level was not correlated with AMH,FSH,AFC(P>0.05).Conclusions:There was no correlation between vitamin D_(3) level and various indicators of ovarian reserve function in infertile women,and vitamin D supplementation may not improve ovarian reserve function in infertile women.
