突发公共卫生事件下互联网医疗健康发展与监管制度创新研究

Research on the Health Development and Regulation System Innovation of Internet Medical under Public Health Emergency

本文尝试运用信号传递博弈模型及2014—2020年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)微观面板数据,探究突发公共卫生事件下互联网医疗信息与医患信任度之间的关系。研究结果发现,互联网医疗信息的监管缺失导致其难以提高医患信任度,亟需加强监管;若提高患者信息甄别能力,则互联网医疗的使用有助于提升医患信任度。据此,本文从完善互联网医疗法律制度、健全互联网医疗监管机制、创新互联网医疗监管方式、有效运用社会监督体系四个角度提出创新互联网医疗监管制度的政策建议,以促进互联网医疗健康发展。

This paper attempts to use the signaling game model and the micro-panel data of 2014—2020 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)to analyze the relationship between Internet medical information and doctor-patient trust under public health emergency.The research finds that:the absence of regulation on Internet medical information makes it difficult to improve doctor-patient trust,and it is necessary to strengthen the regulation;enhancing the ability of screening information can help to improve doctor-patient trust when using Internet medical.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes policy recommendations for innovative Internet medical regulation system from four perspectives:perfecting the legal system of Internet medical,completing the regulation mechanism of Internet medical,innovating the regulation methods of Internet medical,and effectively carrying out the social regulation system.These proposals are able to promote the health development of the Internet medical.
