摘要
进入新世纪以来,交通运输部委较早启动行业院校省部共建工作,取得可观成效,呈现协同参与、特色办学和项目化共建的办学逻辑。从办学实践出发,行业院校省部共建浮现院校系统化与封闭性共存、主体多元与权责模糊同在、内容适切与形式失当并行的共建景观。在省部共建纵深发展的新要求下,交通运输行业院校省部共建办学应当从小交通到大交通,完善共建院校系统、从身份固化到动态竞争,健全竞争发展机制、从协同参与到深层共建,推进高质量行业院校省部共建办学。
Since the beginning of the new century, as province-ministry co-sponsorship leaded by Industry, the province-ministry co-sponsorship of industry-based Universities pioneered by The Ministry of transport, has achieved considerable results and showed the college-running logic of collaborative participation, characteristic in college-running and project-based construction. the province-ministry co-sponsorship of industry-based Universities emerges co-sponsorship landscape of group systematization and closeness, pluralism of subjects and decentralization of rights and responsibilities, and the parallelism of appropriate content and improper form. Under the new requirements of depth development on province-ministry co-sponsorship, the college-running of province-ministry co-sponsorship on industry-based Universities in Transportation industry should promote the cross and integration of disciplines form “Small traffic” to “large transportation”, improve the competitive development mechanism from identity solidification to dynamic competition and carries forward high-quality college-running of co-sponsorship from collaborative participation to depth co-sponsorship.
