摘要
新工业革命背景下,博士进入产业界从事研究与开发是企业实现科技创新的现实诉求。从工学博士视角揭示产业界对其能力素质的需求,368位工学博士的问卷调查及50位工学博士的质性访谈发现,产业界需要具备“T型”能力素质的工学博士:纵向上,需要“专业知识、方法与技能”;横向上,需要“沟通、表达与交际能力”“个人思维与特质”“领导与管理能力”等可迁移能力。
Under the background of the new industrial revolution, it is the realistic demand of some companies to recruit PhD into the industry to engage in research and development.This research uses a questionnaire survey of 368 engineering doctors and qualitative interviews with 50 engineering doctors, and explores the needs of the industry for their competence from the perspective of the doctors of engineering from the perspective of the industry.The research found that the industry needs doctoral talents with ‘T-shaped’ competence: from the vertical depth, it needs ‘professional knowledge, methods and skills’;from the horizontal width, it needs ‘communication, expression and communication skills’ and ‘personal thinking’. Transferable abilities such as ‘personal thinking and traits’ ‘leadership and management skills’.
