基于数据挖掘的中药复方治疗乳腺癌的用药规律分析

Analysis of Medication Regularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound in the Treatment of Breast Cancer Based on Data Mining

目的:采用数据挖掘的方法,分析中药复方治疗乳腺癌的组方规律,为临床遣药组方提供可靠证据。方法:计算机检索PubMed、中国知网(CNKI)、维普资讯(VIP)和万方等数据库,筛选西医常规联合中药复方治疗乳腺癌的随机对照试验(RCT)文献。对文献涉及中药复方中单味中药的频数、性味归经等进行统计分析,并对核心中药做关联规则、因子分析。结果:共纳入53篇文献,涉及102首方剂、178味中药,累计应用频次为1398次。应用频次最多的3类药物分别为补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药;涉及中药的药性以温、寒、平为主;药味大多为甘、苦、辛;归经以入肝、脾、胃经为主。拓扑学筛选得到白术、黄芪、茯苓、柴胡、莪术等16味核心中药,关联规则显示白术-黄芪、白术-茯苓、白术-柴胡等组合的频数和支持度均较高,因子分析提取到6个公因子。结论:中药复方治疗乳腺癌疗效显著,临床治疗乳腺癌多以补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药等为主,六君子汤、逍遥散、四逆散、柴胡舒肝散、参苓白术散、益气养荣汤等为治疗乳腺癌的基本方。

Objective:Data mining method was used to analyze the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of breast cancer,so as to provide reliable evidence for clinical prescription.Methods:The database of PubMed,CNKI,VIP and Wan Fang Data were searched by computer to screen the literature of randomized controlled trials(RCT)of conventional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast cancer.Statistical analysis of the frequency and the nature and taste of the traditional Chinese medicine compound in the literatures were made,and the association rules and factors of core traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed.Results:A total of 53 articles were included,involving 102 prescriptions and 178 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,with a cumulative frequency of 1398 times.Three types of drugs which were most frequently used were tonic deficiency drugs,heat-clearing drugs and blood-activating drugs.The properties of the drugs were warm,cold,flat,sweet,bitter and pungent,and mainly entered liver,spleen and stomach.Topological screening obtained 16 core traditional Chinese medicines,including atractylodes,astragalus membranaceus,poria cocos,bupleurum and rhizome,etc.Association rules showed that the frequency and support of atractylodesastragalus membranaceus,atractylodes-poria cocos,atractylodes-bupleurum and other combinations were high,and six common factors were extracted by factor analysis.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine compound is effective in the treatment of breast cancer.The clinical treatment of breast cancer is mainly composed of tonic drugs,antipyretic and activating blood circulation of drugs.Liujunzi decoction,Xiaoyao powder,Sini powder,Chaihu Shugan powder,Shenling Baizhu powder,Yiqi Yangrong decoction are the basic prescription for the treatment of breast cancer.
