摘要
通过人工计算的方法对水库工程造价进行估算时,存在对误差较大、计算周期较长的问题,影响造价估算的效率。因此,文章提出基于模糊聚类的水库工程造价估算方法。以赤沙水库工程为例,基于模糊聚类算法计算贴合度,筛选优质已建工程;建立造价数据库,同时抓取影响水库工程造价的因素;构建赤沙水库工程造价估算模型,对汕尾赤沙水库造价进行估算。实验表明,本次研究方法的平均误差为0.04,估算较为准确,能够达到预期效果。
When estimating the cost of reservoir engineering by manual calculation method,there are some problems,such as large error and long calculation period,which affect the efficiency of cost estimation.Therefore,this paper puts forward a method of estimating reservoir engineering cost based on fuzzy clustering.Taking the Chisha Reservoir project as an example,the fitting degree was calculated based on the fuzzy clustering algorithm,and the high-quality existing projects were screened.To establish the cost database and grasp the factors that affect the cost of the reservoir project;to construct the project cost estimation model of Chisha reservoir for estimating the Chisha reservoir cost of Shanwei.Experiments show that the average error of this research method is 0.04,which is accurate and can achieve the expected effect.
