北票市农业水价改革绩效评估分析

Performance Evaluation nalysis of Agricultural Water Price Reform in Beipiao City

文章从环境、社会、经济和用水等方面选择13项典型指标构建评价体系,并利用层次分析法计算各指标权重,科学评估北票市农业水价改革绩效水平。结果表明:该方法能够客观反映区域现状发展水平,改革模式易于复制推广,可为北票市农业水价改革的全面推进提供参考依据。

The evaluation system was constructed by selecting 13 typical indexes from the aspects of environment,society,economy and water use,and the weight of each index was calculated by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to scientifically evaluate the performance level of agricultural water price reform in Beipiao City.The results show that the method can objectively reflect the current development level of the region,and the reform model is easy to replicate and promote,which can provide a reference for the comprehensive promotion of the reform of agricultural water price in Beipiao City.
