摘要
现代战争对指挥决策精度、速度和强度提出了更高要求,而指挥员及参谋机构在脑力、体力和反应力方面难以满足需要。作战任务规划采用科学方法和计算机工具,对作战行动进程、作战任务安排、力量资源使用和部队协同行动等进行筹划设计,为实现科学化精确化指挥提供了有效途径。从作战任务规划概念入手,阐述其重要军事作用,总结模型构建、求解方法和系统建设相关研究,分析存在的局限性和缺陷。针对联合作战特点,提出未来要围绕如何更好地解决对抗性、动态性、长程性和适应性问题展开研究。
Modern warfare demands greater precision,speed and intensity in command and decision-making,but commanders and staff offices can not undertake the important tasks in terms of mental,physical and reactive power.Operation task planning uses scientific methods and computers to plan and design operational processes,mission arrangements,the use of force resources and force coordinated operations,etc.It provides an effective way for the realization of scientific and precise operational command.Starting with the concept of operation task planning,its important military function is expounded,the relative researches on model construction,solution method and system construction are summarized,and the existed limitations and defects are analyzed.According to the characteristics of joint operations,the study on how to solve the problems of antagonism,dynamics,long-range and adaptability in operation task planning in the future is proposed.
