摘要
针对装备试验鉴定过程中面临试验数据质量参差不齐、数据利用率低下等问题,提出了一种基于云模型的装备试验数据质量评价方法。系统性分析了装备试验数据质量的内容和特点,构建了试验数据质量评价指标,在此基础上对质量评价等级云、评价结果综合云和云相似性进行了详细研究,并给出了具体方法步骤,用实例数据进行验证。结果表明,所提方法不仅充分兼顾了评价结果的模糊性与随机性,而且评价结果更加可靠,具有较好实用性。
In order to solve the problems of uneven quality and low utilization of test data in the process of equipment test and evaluation,a quality assessment method of equipment test data based on cloud model is proposed.Firstly,the content and characteristics of the equipment test data quality are systematically analyzed,and the test data quality assessment index is constructed.On this basis,the quality assessment level cloud,the assessmentresult comprehensive cloud and the similarity of clouds are studied in detail.Finally,the methods and steps are given and verified by.example data.The results show that the proposed method can better balance the ambiguity and randomness of the assessment results,which makes the assessment results more reliable and practical.
