饱和交通量下高速公路改扩建数字化运营管控技术及应用 被引量:1

摘要 为支撑高速公路改扩建数字化运营管控工作,给“边运营边施工”带来的易拥堵、事故频发及处置困难等问题提供解决方案,对饱和交通量下高速公路改扩建数字化运营管控技术及应用展开研究。首先,分析饱和交通量下高速公路改扩建运营过程中存在的问题和需求,提出数字化运营管控技术体系方案。其次,采用面向过程的结构化分析的系统框架构建方法,构建饱和交通量下高速公路改扩建数字化运营管控系统架构,并分析“交通运行服务控制系统”“交通事件识别与应急处置保障系统”及“动态信息发布”的实现流程路径及其功能。最后,将该技术系统方案应用在G15(嘉浏段)高速公路“六拓八”改扩建工程中。研究结果表明,所提出的数字化运营管控技术方案可缓解饱和流量下高速公路改扩建期间的交通拥堵,与示范工程传统人工视频监控的运营管控方式相比,交通突发事件识别效率提升了14%,事件处置效率提升了27.5%,应急到位效率提升了27.5%,验证了该技术系统方案设计合理,管控效率高。 In order to support the digital operation management and control of expressway reconstruction and expansion, and provide solutions to the problems such as easy congestion, frequent accidents and handling difficulties caused by "operation while construction", the digital operation management and control technology for expressway reconstruction and expansion and its application under saturated traffic volume were studied. Firstly, the problems and demands in the process of expressway reconstruction and expansion operation under saturated traffic volume were analyzed, and the technical system scheme of digital operation control was proposed. Secondly, the system framework construction method of process oriented structural analysis was used to build the digital operation control system architecture of expressway reconstruction and expansion under saturated traffic volume, and the implementation technology path and functions of "traffic operation monitoring technology system", "traffic incident identification and emergency disposal support technology system" and "dynamic information release mechanism" were systematically analyzed. Finally, the technical system scheme was applied to the project of "6-lane widening to 8-lane" of G15(Jiading-Liuhe section) expressway. The research results showed that the proposed digital operation management and control technology scheme could alleviate the traffic congestion during the reconstruction and expansion of the expressway under the saturated flow;compared with the operation management and control mode based on manual video monitoring at the beginning of the reconstruction and expansion in 2019, the identification efficiency of traffic emergencies increased by 14%, the incident handling efficiency increased by 27.5%, and the emergency response efficiency increased by 27.5%. It is verified that the technical system scheme design is reasonable and the control efficiency is high.
