Characters of Ideology and Culture of Chinese Ancient Civilisation from a Perspective of Comparative Civilisations Study

推动比较文明学的建立,有助于推进习近平总书记在中共中央政治局第三十九次集体学习时所讲的“以文明交流超越文明隔阂,以文明互鉴超越文明冲突,以文明共存超越文明优越”。比较文明学属于学问之“学”与学科之“学”的结合。其内涵,有上古社会文明起源和形成阶段的中外比较,也有之后的各个历史阶段的中外比较,以及当代中外文明的互鉴与比较;既可以对文明演进的历史进程进行比较,也可以进行专题比较。

In the 39^(th)collective study session held by the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee,General Secretary of the CPC,Xi Jinping,stresses that it is for civilisations to replace estrangement with exchange,clashes with mutual learning,and superiority with coexistence.Accordingly,it is helpful for promoting the construction of comparative civilisations study to motivate Xi’s statement.Comparative civilisations study is the combination of learning and discipline.Its intension includes many comparisons among Chinese civilisation and foreign civilisations.Education,unity of opposites,and grand unification.
