不同基因型小米辣秧苗根际细菌群落特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 为探究文山地区不同基因型小米辣根际细菌群落结构特征差异,采用16S r DNA高通量测序对本地野生品种小米辣‘M218’和人工选育品种小米辣‘M240’的根际土壤细菌群落进行结构、功能预测分析。结果表明:两个小米辣品种间共有OTU数为379个,其中‘M218’独有OTU为3个,‘M240’独有的OTU为1个。门水平下第一大优势菌是变形菌门(Proteobacteria),各样本中分别占61.29%和63.76%,其次是拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes),各样本中分别占13.55%和12.08%;在鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)中,‘M218’丰度高于‘M240’。α多样性分析显示两者间无显著差异,但在Unifrac距离PCoA分析中样本间相似度差异较大。基于COG数据库PICRUSt2功能预测表明,E类(氨基酸转运和代谢)、C类(能量产生和转换)和M类(细胞壁、细胞膜和膜结构的生物合成)等丰度值较高,其中小米辣‘M218’丰度值比‘M240’高。相较‘M240’,小米辣‘M218’根际细菌群落具有较高物种丰度和生命活动。 To explore the differences of rhizosphere bacterial community structure characteristics of different genotypes of hot pepper in Wenshan, 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing was used to predict the structure and function of rhizosphere soil bacterial community of local wild hot pepper’ M218’ and artificially bred variety of hot pepper’ M240’.The results showed that the total number of OTUs between the two varieties was 379, including three OTUs unique to treatment X and one OTU unique to treatment Y. The first dominant strain at the phylum level was Proteobacteria, accounting for61.29% and 63.76% in each sample, followed by Bacteroidetes, accounting for 13.55% and 12.08% in each sample.There was no significant difference between α diversity analyses. However, in the analysis of Unifrac distance PCoA,the similarity between samples is quite different. Functional prediction based on COG database PICRUSt2 indicated that the abundance values of E(amino acid transport and metabolism), C(energy production and transformation)and M(biosynthesis of cell wall, cell membrane and membrane structure)were higher, and the abundance value of ’ M218’ was higher than that of’ M240’.Compared with’ M240’, the rhizosphere bacterial community of’ M218’ had higher species abundance and life activities.
