Influence Mechanism of Knowledge Source Strategy on Relay Innovation of Manufacturing Enterprises--Mediating Function of Organizational Improvisation and Moderating Role of Organizational Stigma

构建知识源化战略对制造企业接力创新影响机理概念模型,运用结构方程模型实证验证了知识源化战略对接力创新的影响机理。结果表明:知识源化战略对接力创新具有正向作用,组织即兴在知识源化战略与接力创新关系间发挥部分中介作用,组织污名分别负向调节知识源化战略与组织即兴、知识源化战略与接力创新之间的关系。

This paper constructs conceptual model of influence mechanism of knowledge sourcing strategy on relay innovation of manufacturing enterprises, and then, it empirically verifies influence mechanism of knowledge sourcing strategy on relay innovation by structural equation model. Results show that knowledge sourcing strategy has positive role in promoting relay innovation, organizational improvisation plays partial mediating role in the relationships between knowledge source strategy and relay innovation, organizational stigma negatively moderates the relationships between knowledge source strategy and organizational improvisation, knowledge source strategy and relay innovation respectively.
