基于中医“痰湿瘀”理论探讨KCs细胞焦亡与代谢相关脂肪性肝病的关系

Relationship between Pyroptosis of KCs and MAFLD Based on Theory of ‘Phlegm,Dampness and Stasis’ in TCM

代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)病机复杂,缠绵难愈,其发病多因长期嗜食肥甘、劳逸失度、情志失调等内邪蓄积停滞,客于肝脾留而不去,而生痰湿瘀,痹阻肝络而成。当前国内外研究结果表明,细胞焦亡的发生与代谢相关脂肪性肝病进展息息相关,这种病理机制与痰湿瘀在MAFLD中的致病机制相符合。故本文拟从“痰湿瘀”角度探讨KCs细胞焦亡在MAFLD中的作用。利用中医及现代医学理论,结合中医药优势,为中医防治MAFLD提供更多临床治疗思路,进一步对中医药防治该疾病的作用机制提供新的基础研究参考。

The pathogenesis of metabolic associated fatty liver disease( MAFLD) is complex,and the disease is difficult to cure. The pathogenesis is mainly due to the accumulation of internal evils including long-term addiction to fatty and sweet food,imbalance of work and life,and emotional disorders,which influence Liver and Spleen,resulting in the generation of phlegm,dampness and stasis to obstruct Liver collaterals. The current domestic and foreign researches results showed that the occurrence of pyroptosis is closely related to the progress of MAFLD,which is consistent with the pathogenic mechanism of retention of phlegm,dampness and stasis in MAFLD. Therefore,this study intended to explore the role of pyroptosis of KCs in MAFLD from the perspective of retention of phlegm,dampness and stasis. Using the theory of TCM and modern medicine,combined with the advantages of TCM,this study provided more clinical treatment ideas for the prevention and treatment of MAFLD,and further provided new basic research reference for the mechanism of TCM in preventing and treating the disease.
