佛手散的药理作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 佛手散作为中国传统名方之一,被各大医学家广泛应用于临床。通过对佛手散相关的文献进行整理,发现其药理作用机制主要表现在以下方面:通过降低异位内膜组织体积、微血管密度、前列腺素E2的含量,抑制血管内皮生长因子和基质金属蛋白酶-2及基质金属蛋白酶-9的表达,促进内皮抑素和金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1的表达进而抑制异位内膜组织和血管生长;通过降低血清中PGF2α及MDA的含量和提高GSH-PX及SOD的活性进而抑制离体子宫活力;通过提高SOD活性,减少MDA和NO含量从而挥脑缺血的保护作用;通过抑制人单胺氧化酶活性治疗帕金森及调节肠-肝-脑轴的小分子从而缓解认知功能障碍;对于血虚、血瘀和先兆流产虽有研究,但是没有深入探索其机制,此外,佛手散还可影响肝微粒体的酶活性。本文对其药理作用进行综述,以期为佛手散后续发展提供理论依据。 Foshou San,as the traditional Chinese formula,has been widely used in clinic by medical practitioners.After sorting out relevant literature,it is found that pharmacological mechanism of Foshou San mainly displays in inhibiting the growth of heterotopic endometrial tissue and blood vessels by reducing the volume of ectopic endometrial tissue,microvessel density and the content of prostaglandin E2,inhibiting expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and matrix metalloproteinase-2/-9 and promoting the expressions of endostatin and the tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase;inhibiting the activity of uterus in vitro via decreasing the serum contents of PGF2α and MDA,as well as enhancing the activity of GSH-PX and SOD;playing a protective role against cerebral ischemia through enhancing the activity of SOD and decreasing the contents of MDA and NO;treating Parkinson’s disease by inhibiting the activity of human monoamine oxidase and alleviating cognitive impairment by regulating the enteric-hepato-brain axis.Although there are studies on influence of blood deficiency and blood stasis to threatened abortion,their mechanisms have not been thoroughly explored. In addition,Foshou San can also affect liver microenzyme activity. Therefore,its pharmacological action was reviewed to provide theoretical basis for the subsequent development of Foshou San.
