高职羽毛球教学与终身体育思想的培养

Badminton Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges and the Cultivation of Lifelong Sports Idea

现今社会对人才提出了新要求,高职院校承担着为社会输送人才的重任,在实际教学中更应该将理论教育与素质教育相结合。终身体育思想能够帮助人们养成良好的体育意识,该文对终身体育与体育教学进行阐述,分析当前高职羽毛球教学中存在的问题,提出相应的培养策略,以帮助学生建立终身体育的思想,促进其全面发展。

Nowadays,the society has put forward new requirements for talents,and higher vocational colleges bear the heavy responsibility of conveying talents for the society.Therefore,theoretical education and quality education should be combined in practical teaching.The idea of life-long sports can help people develop a good sense of sports.This paper expounds life-long sports and sports teaching,analyzes the problems existing in the current badminton teaching in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding training strategies to help students establish the idea of life-long sports and promote their all-round development.
