我国区域体育产业均衡性发展研究——基于基尼系数和洛伦兹曲线

Research on the Balanced Development of China’s Regional Sports Industry——Based on Gini Coefficient and Lorenz Curve

在“十四五”规划背景下,体育产业高质量发展的前提是各地区的体育产业均衡发展。因此,该文运用基尼系数和洛伦兹曲线的经济思路,以及文献资料、数理统计、对比分析等方法,按照我国区域经济、人口分布状况对我国28个省(市、自治区)体育产业均衡的情况进行讨论。结果表明,我国体育产业总产出在经济分布情况中表现为不均衡,在人口分布情况中表现为相对均衡;增加值在经济和人口的基尼系数中表现为比较均衡;而就业人数在二者的基尼系数中表现为极不均衡。体育产业与各地区的人口数量、经济发展水平有着密切关联,但是影响程度略有不同。在八大经济区中,南部区和东部区借助区域经济优势,体育产业发展情况明显要优于其他区域。建议通过强化政策保障,加大体育产业人才培养,重视内部结构协调发展,以促进体育产业协同均衡发展。

Under the background of the"14th Five-Year Plan",the premise of the high-quality development of the sports industry is the balanced development of the sports industry in all regions.Therefore,this article uses the economic thinking of Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve,as well as literature data,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other methods,according to the regional economy,population distribution of China’s 28provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)to discuss the equilibrium of sports industry.The results show that the total output of China’s sports industry is unbalanced in economic distribution and relatively balanced in population distribution;The added value is relatively balanced in the Gini coefficient of economy and population;The number of employed persons is extremely unbalanced in the Gini coefficient of the two.The sports industry is closely related to the population and economic development level of each region,but the degree of influence is slightly different.Among the eight major economic zones,the southern and eastern regions are obviously superior to other regions in terms of the development of sports industry by virtue of their regional economic advantages.It is suggested that we should strengthen the policy guarantee,strengthen the training of sports industry talents,pay attention to the coordinated development of internal structure,so as to promote the coordinated and balanced development of sports industry.
