摘要
基于新冠肺炎疫情对全世界体育教育体系产生的重大影响和我国青少年儿童伤害现状频发,学校体育教育事故不断引发思考。要以学校体育教育安全理论的全面展开,对学校体育应急预案不系统、器械消毒流程不规范和医务人员配备不合理等问题进行自纠、自查;从安全理论对学生安全意识的强化作用出发,进行有关教育的普及工作。同时,要认清安全理论是由生命教育、运动风险教育、卫生教育、公共安全教育、健康教育5个维度组成。必须依靠顶层设计,出台相关指导性文件并注重安全理论普及的区域实施效果,建立健全学生风险告知和保险制度,落实问责与惩处机制,创新安全评价体系,全面优化学校体育运动设施与场地,这样才能有效推动体育教育安全理论进校园,并实现安全理论教育的常态化,以此形成对新冠疫情的有效阻隔和未来体育教育的革新。
Due to the significant impact of COVID-19 on the physical education system around the world and the frequent occurrence of injuries among adolescents and children in China,school physical education accidents are constantly provoking thoughts.It is believed that it is necessary to carry out self-correction and selfexamination on problems such as unsystematic school sports emergency plans and irregular equipment disinfection process and unreasonable staffing of medical staff based on the comprehensive development of school physical education safety theory;We should popularize relevant education based on the strengthening effect of safety theory on students’safety awareness.At the same time,we should recognize that the safety theory is composed of five dimensions:life education,sports risk education,health education,public safety education and health education.We must rely on top-level design,issue relevant guidance documents and pay attention to the regional implementation effect of safety theory popularization,establish and improve the student risk notification and insurance system,implement the accountability and punishment mechanism,innovate the safety evaluation system,and comprehensively optimize the school sports facilities and venues.Only in this way can we effectively promote the safety theory of physical education into the campus and realize the normalization of safety theory education,so as to form an effective barrier to the COVID-19 epidemic and reform of physical education in the future.
