通腑平喘汤联合复方异丙托溴铵对COPD患者的疗效观察

The efficacy of Tongfu Pingchuan decoction combined with compound ipratropium bromide in COPD patients

目的:探讨通腑平喘汤联合复方异丙托溴铵对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的疗效。方法:将124例COPD患者随机分为对照组(n=62)和观察组(n=62),两组均给以复方异丙托溴铵治疗,观察组在此基础上给以通腑平喘汤加减治疗,比较两组患者的VAP发生率、血浆MTL水平、呼吸功能和血气指标,以及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(93.55%vs 82.26%),VAP发生率低于对照组(8.06%vs 25.81%),MTL、FEV_(1)、FVC、SaO_(2)和PaO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:通腑平喘汤联合复方异丙托溴铵可显著降低COPD患者的VAP发生率,提高MTL水平,改善呼吸功能和血气指标,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Tongfu Pingchuan decoction combined with compound ipratropium bromide on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:One hundred and twenty-four COPD patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=62)and an observation group(n=62),both groups were treated with compound ipratropium bromide,and the observation group was additionally treated with Tongfu Pingchuan decoction plus reduction.Results:After treatment,the overall efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(93.55%vs 82.26%),the incidence of VAP(8.06%vs 25.81%)and the PaCO_(2) level were lower while the levels of MTL,FEV_(1),FVC,SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) were higher in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Tongfu Pingchuan decoction and compound ipratropium bromide can significantly reduce the incidence of VAP,increase the MTL level and improve respiratory function and blood gas indexes and clinical efficacy in COPD patients.
