中国和北美典型城市融雪剂的使用及其对汽车腐蚀的影响

Application of Snow-melting Agents in Typical Cities of China and North America and Its Influence on Vehicle Corrosion

由于冬季降雪,中国及北美都在大量使用融雪剂除雪,融雪剂会破坏金属表面的保护层,使得金属部件生锈,严重时甚至影响行车安全。文章通过整理和分析中国及北美19座典型城市的降雪量、融雪剂用量和道路面积等信息,研究中国与北美融雪剂的使用差异,识别融雪剂使用对汽车腐蚀的影响,并给出防腐设计与验证评估建议。

Due to the snowfall in winter,snow-melting agents are widely used in China and North America.Snow-melting agents can damage the protective layer of metal surface,lead to the corrosion of metallic parts,and even affect the driving safety in serious cases.Through sorting and analyzing the snowfall amount,snow-melting agents consumption and road area of 19 typical cities in China and North America,the differences in the use of snow-melting agents between China and North America are studied.The influence of snow-melting agents on the vehicle is identified,and suggestions on anti-corrosion design,validation and evaluation are provided.
