摘要 工程集成样车试制对于验证产品设计结果正确性及保证后期量产质量意义重大。试制BOM作为试制业务中的关键要素之一,承担了试制过程中关键信息组织和传递的重要功能;同时作为工程BOM向制造BOM转化的中间环节,试制BOM的构建具有一定复杂性。文章分别从工程集成样车试制业务概要、试制BOM构建及应用过程中的业务分工、试制BOM的特点以及初始试制BOM的自动化构建4个方面论述了试制BOM构建的核心过程。最后论述了初始试制BOM构建对于支持同步工程和下游业务展开的意义。 Trial production of engineering integrated vehicle is of great significance to verify the correctness of product design results and ensure the quality of later regulation production.As one of the key elements in the building business,the integrated vehicle BOM undertakes the important function of the key information organization and transmission.At the same time,as the intermediate link of the transformation of engineering BOM to manufacturing BOM,the creation of integrated vehicle BOM has certain complexity.The core process of integrated vehicle BOM creation is discussed from four aspects:the summary of integrated vehicle building business,the business division of the integrated vehicle BOM creation and application,the characteristics of the integrated vehicle BOM and the automatic creation of the initial BOM.Finally,the significance of the initial integrated vehicle BOM creation for supporting synchronous engineering and downstream business development is discussed.
