摘要
通过污水处理厂进水集水井投加氢氧化镁除臭剂,研究封闭池内部及污水处理厂厂界臭气治理效果。结果表明,氢氧化镁除臭剂投加9 d后,污水处理厂封闭池内部硫化氢气体最高质量浓度由251 mg/m^(3)降至14 mg/m^(3),降幅为94.42%;厂界氨气质量浓度低于0.22 mg/m^(3),臭气浓度、硫化氢和甲硫醇气体浓度低于检出限;投加过程中出水COD_(Cr)、氨氮、TP均值分别为28.3、0.647、0.238 mg/L。氢氧化镁除臭剂通过调节污水pH和抑制硫酸盐还原细菌滋生的方式,减少污水中硫化氢散逸至空气中。同时,除臭剂未对污水生物处理产生影响。对于受场地限制、即将功能调整等原因无法新建或改造除臭装置,以及处于除臭装置停运检修期间的污水处理厂,可使用氢氧化镁除臭剂作为应急除臭措施,以减少污水处理设施臭气散逸,改善厂区环境、缓解厂群矛盾。
The magnesium hydroxide deodorant is added through the influent collection well of the wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)to study the effect of odor control inside the closed tank and at the enterprise boundary.The results show that after the magnesium hydroxide deodorant is added for 9 days,the maximum mass concentration of hydrogen sulfide gas in the closed tank of the WWTP decreases from 251 mg/m^(3) to 14 mg/m^(3),a decrease of 94.42%.The ammonia gas mass concentration at the enterprise boundary is lower than 0.22 mg/m^(3).Odor concentration,hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan gas concentrations are below the detection limit.During the dosing process,the mean value of effluent COD_(Cr),ammonia nitrogen,and TP are 28.3,0.647,0.238 mg/L respectively.Magnesium hydroxide deodorant adjusts the pH of sewage and inhibited the growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria to reduce the dissipation of hydrogen sulfide in sewage into the air.Magnesium hydroxide deodorant can be used as an emergency deodorizing measure to reduce the odor for WWTPs that cannot build or renovate deodorizing devices due to site restrictions,upcoming functional adjustments,and when the deodorizing device of WWTP is out of service for maintenance,etc.,in order to reduce the emission of odor from WWTP,improve the environment of the factory area,and alleviate the contradiction between the factory and residential area.
