新冠肺炎疫情下特大型城市城镇污水处理厂运行管理工作探讨与实践

Operation and Management of Megalopolis Municipal WWTPs during COVID-19 Pandemic

城镇污水处理厂是保障城市安全稳定的重要组成部分。在特大型城市新冠疫情分区、分批封控期间,由于人员、交通的阻塞以及存在新冠病毒传播的可能性,运行管理中需重点关注进水水质变化、生产运行管理、出水水质与消毒、污泥处理、职工工作与管理、运输车辆调配与保障6个方面。文中总结了上海疫情封控期间对上述6个方面的影响和相应采取的工作措施,并对确保污水厂稳定运行、出水水质达标、污泥无害化处理、保障职工安全健康等方面提出了建议。

The municipal WWTPs are important components in ensuring safety and stability of the city. During the period of epidemic lockdown(by district by batch) in megalopolis, due to the block of traffic, lack of task-force and the spread of COVID-19,the operation management should focus on the following 6 aspects, such as the changes of influent water quality, treatmentand production management, effluent water quality and disinfection, sludge treatment, staff work management, deployment and protection of transport vehicles. This paper summarized the impact on the above-mentioned 6 aspects and the corresponding work measures during the closure and control of the epidemic in Shanghai, and put forward suggestions on ensuring the stable operation of WWTP,the effluent quality reaching the standard, the harmless treatment of sludge, and ensuring the safety and health of employees.
