某污水处理厂除臭收集系统的改进设计

摘要 马鞍山某污水处理厂设计规模为5×10~4m^(3)/d,其主要臭气源为厂区污泥脱水机房和污泥料仓。原有的除臭收集系统不能有效地对脱水机房内的臭气进行收集,故对其做出改进设计。在除臭系统的改进中,通过对污泥脱水机房中不同水平位置和垂直高度的臭气浓度进行检测,分析确定污泥脱水机房中臭气分布规律,对除臭收集系统管道布置和吸风口结构进行优化改进。改进后的臭气收集系统对脱水机房内臭气的收集效果,与原系统相比,臭气收集效率明显提高,机房内的臭气浓度大幅降低,改善了脱水机房内操作人员的工作环境。 The design scale of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) in Ma’anshan is 5×10~4m^(3)/d, and its main odor sources are sludge dewatering machine room and sludge silo in the plant area. The original deodorization collection system can not effectively collect the odor in the dehydration machine room, so it is improved. In the improvement of the deodorization system, through the detection of the odor concentration at different horizontal positions and vertical heights in the sludge dehydrator room, the odor distribution law in the sludge dehydrator room is analyzed and determined, and the pipeline layout and air suction outlet structure of the deodorization collection system are optimized and improved. Compared with the original system, the odor collection efficiency of the improved odor collection system in the dehydration machine room is significantly improved, the odor concentration in the machine room is greatly reduced, and the working environment of operators in the dehydration machine room is improved.
