基于磁导率无损检测U型传感器优化设计研究

摘要 研究在恒压源和恒流源两种激励源下,关键参数(激励频率、激励幅值、检测线圈匝数)对磁导率检测U型传感器灵敏度的影响。结果表明,激励电压频率增大,检测灵敏度先升后降,最后趋于恒定;激励电流频率增大,检测灵敏度先升后降再升,最后趋于恒定;激励(电压、电流)幅值增大,检测灵敏度均升高;检测线圈匝数增大,检测灵敏度均线性升高。 This thesis studies the influence of key parameters(excitation frequency, excitation amplitude and number of turns of detection coil) on the sensitivity of U-type magnetic permeability detection sensor under constant voltage source. The results show that with the increase of excitation voltage and frequency, the detection sensitivity increases first, then decreases, and finally tends to be constant;with the increase of excitation current frequency, the detection sensitivity increases first, then decreases, then increases, and finally tends to be constant;the amplitude of excitation(voltage and current) increases, and the detection sensitivity increases;as the number of turns of the detection coil increases, the uniformity of the detection sensitivity increases.
