基于CiteSpace的循证卫生决策的研究进展可视化研究

目的 探索循证卫生决策研究领域所关注的现状、热点。方法 对Web of Science数据库中获得的原始数据进行初步文献检索与计量分析。基于可视化软件(CiteSpace)对循证卫生决策高频关键词、研究机构、国家等进行可视化分析。结果 循证卫生决策领域的6个研究热点分别为健康、护理、政策、影响、干预和决策。欧美国家在循证卫生决策领域研究网络中占据核心地位。结论 循证卫生决策的研究内容主要是以具体临床实践和卫生政策的影响因素等内容展开的。国际视角下我国循证卫生决策研究文献数量虽名列前茅,但还是相对落后于美国、英国等国家,且与其他国家的合作性不强。

Objective To explore the status and hotspots in the field of evidence-based health decisionmaking research.Methods A preliminary literature search and econometric analysis of the original data obtained from the Web of Science database were conducted.Based on the visualization software(Cite Space),the high-frequency keywords,research institutions and countries in evidence-based health decision-making were visually analyzed.Results The six research hotspots in the field of evidence-based health decision-making were health,care,policy,impact,intervention and decision making.The core position in the research network of evidence-based health decision-making was occupied by European and American countries.Conclusion The research contents of evidence-based health decision-making are mainly based on the specific clinical practice and the influencing factors of health policy.Although the number of literatures on evidence-based health decision-making in China is among the top in the world,China still relatively lags behind the United States and the United Kingdom,and its cooperation with other countries isnot strong.
