四川省四市居民遗体捐献意愿及其影响因素

Civil will of cadaver donation and its influencing factors in four cities of Sichuan Province

目的调查四川省四市居民遗体捐献意愿及影响因素,以达到提高我国遗体捐献意愿率,缓解医学院校人体标本的匮乏。方法采用便利抽样选取四川省成都市、泸州市、宜宾市、攀枝花市居民作为调查对象,问卷调查四市居民遗体捐献意愿现状,并分析其影响因素。结果53.03%居民愿意捐献遗体;32.54%的居民知晓遗体捐献,不知晓者占67.46%;单因素分析显示,0~30岁居民的遗体捐献意愿率达66.89%;农村遗体捐献意愿率为41.70%,低于城市66.89%(P<0.05);遗体捐献意愿随文化程度增高而增加(P<0.05),认知知晓人员高于不知晓者(P<0.05)。二分类Logistic回归分析结果:认知度(OR=25.895,95%CI=16.775~39.973);居住地(OR=1.675,95%CI=1.260~2.228);年龄(OR=2.114,95%CI=1.560~2.864)是居民遗体捐献意愿的影响因素。结论四川省四市居民遗体捐献意愿率不高,认知度、年龄和居住地是居民遗体捐献意愿的影响因素,今后应针对存在的影响因素加强认知宣传,以提高遗体捐献率。

ObjectiveTo investigate the residents’willingness about body donation and the influence factors in four cities of Sichuan Province,so as to improve the rate of body donation and alleviate the shortage of human specimens in medical colleges.Methods The residents of Chengdu,Luzhou,Yibin and Panzhihua of Sichuan Province were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method,and questionnaires were used to investigate the current situation and influencing factors of residents’willingness to donate body in the four cities.ResultsThe willingness rate of body donation was 53.03%.32.54%of residents knew about body donation while 67.46%of residents did not.Single factor analysis showed that the willingness rate of body donation among residents aged 0~30years reached 66.89%;the willingness rate of body donation in rural areas(41.70%)was lower than that in urban areas(P<0.05).The willingness to donation increased with the education level(P<0.05).The willingness rate of residents who knew about body donation was higher than that of residents who did not know(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis indicated that recognition(OR=25.895,95%CI=16.775~39.973),place of residence(OR=1.675,95%CI=1.260~2.228)and age(OR=2.114,95%CI=1.560~2.864)were the influencing factors of residents’willingness to donate body.ConclusionThe body donation willingness rate of residents in the four cities of Sichuan Province was not high.The influencing factors of willingness of residents to donate body were recognition,age and place of residence.In order to improve the rate of body donation,we should strengthen the cognitive publicity according to the existing influencing factors in the future.
