Optimizing Management of Hospital Disinfection Supply Center

目的 探讨医院消毒供应中心的优化管理措施及效果。方法 回顾性选取2021年1月—2022年1月内蒙古自治区赤峰市医院消毒供应中心工作人员40名,依据管理方法分为优化管理组、常规管理组两组,各20名,统计分析两组消毒检测指标、工作质量、检查结果、缺陷发生情况、不良事件发生情况、差错事件、医疗纠纷发生情况、科室满意度。结果 优化管理组工作人员的消毒液浓度检测合格率、器械清洗消毒合格率、呼吸管路清洗合格率、灭菌物品合格率、手卫生合格率、职业防护合格率均高于常规管理组。优化管理组工作人员的消毒评分高于常规管理组,清洗评分高于常规管理组,包装评分高于常规管理组。优化管理组工作人员的清洗消毒隔离质量评分、预处理执行评分均高于常规管理组。优化管理组工作人员的缺陷发生率低于常规管理组。优化管理组工作人员的不良事件发生率低于常规管理组。优化管理组工作人员的差错事件发生率低于常规管理组,医疗纠纷发生率低于常规管理组。优化管理组工作人员的科室满意度高于常规管理组(P<0.05)。结论 医院消毒供应中心的优化管理效果较常规管理好,更能有效提升工作人员的消毒液浓度检测合格率、器械清洗消毒合格率、呼吸管路清洗合格率、灭菌物品合格率、手卫生合格率、职业防护合格率及工作质量,降低工作人员的缺陷发生率、不良事件发生率、差错事件发生率、医疗纠纷发生率,提升科室满意度。

Objective To explore the optimal management measures and effects of hospital disinfection supply center.Methods Retrospective selection of 40 staff in the Disinfection Supply Center of Chifeng Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from January 2021 to January 2022,according to the management method divided into two groups,optimization management group and routine management group,20 in each group.Statistical analysis of the two groups of disinfection test indicators,work quality,inspection results,defects,adverse events,errors,medical disputes,department satisfaction.Results The qualified rate of disinfectant concentration detection,instrument cleaning and disinfection,respiratory pipeline cleaning,sterilized articles,hand hygiene and occupational protection in the optimized management group were higher than those in the conventional management group.The scores of disinfection,cleaning and packaging of staff in the optimization management group were higher than those in the conventional management group.The scores of cleaning,disinfection and isolation quality and pretreatment execution in the optimized management group were higher than those in the conventional management group.The incidence of defects in the optimized management group was lower than that in the conventional management group.The incidence of adverse events was lower in the optimized management group than in the conventional management group.The incidence of errors and medical disputes was lower in the optimized management group than in the conventional management group.The department satisfaction of staff in the optimization management group was higher than that in the conventional management group(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized management effect of hospital disinfection supply center is better than conventional management,and can effectively improve the qualified rate of disinfection solution concentration detection,equipment cleaning and disinfection,respiratory pipeline cleaning,sterilized items,hand hygiene,occupational protection and work quality of staff,reduce the incidence of staff defects,adverse events,error events,medical disputes,improve department satisfaction.
