玻璃离子水门汀与光固化复合树脂用于充填Ⅱ类洞的效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨玻璃离子水门汀与光固化复合树脂用于充填Ⅱ类洞的效果。方法 选取2020年3—8月医院收治的龋齿患者100例,共计131颗Ⅱ类龋洞患牙。根据患者入院顺序随机分为观察组50例与对照组50例。观察组患者使用玻璃离子水门汀进行充填,对照组患者使用光固化复合树脂进行充填。对两组患者不同充填材料的结果进行随访,主要包括操作过程指标以及治疗效果指标。结果 观察组平均每颗患牙操作时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者每颗患牙的治疗费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者均完成至少12个月的随访。截至治疗后第6个月,两组患者的牙本质过敏反应发生率与充填成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在治疗后第12个月,观察组患者牙本质的过敏反应发生率低于对照组患者,龋洞充填成功率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 在对Ⅱ类洞的充填过程中,玻璃离子水门汀充填所需要的操作时间短于光固化复合树脂充填。尽管在术后前6个月的短期随访观察中玻璃离子水门汀与光固化复合树脂的充填成功率差异并不显著,但随访12个月后玻璃离子水门汀充填龋齿的成功率更高,不良反应率更低,是一种简便、安全、有效的充填材料,可在Ⅱ类洞充填中推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Fuji Ⅸ glass ion and light curing composite resin on filling class Ⅱ holes.Methods A total of 100 patients with dental caries from March 2020 to August 2020were selected,with a total of 131 teeth with class Ⅱ caries.According to the order of admission,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were filled with Fuji Ⅸ glass ion,and the patients in the control group were filled with light curing composite resin.The results of different filling materials in the two groups were followed up,mainly including operation process indicators and treatment effect indicators.Results The average operation time of each affected tooth in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the treatment cost of each tooth between the two groups(P<0.05).All patients were followed up for at least 12 months.Up to the 6th month after treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of dentin allergic reaction and filling success rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but at the 12th month after treatment,the incidence of dentin allergic reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the success rate of caries filling was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the filling process of class Ⅱ holes,the operation time required for Fuji Ⅸ glass ion filling is shorter than that of light curing composite resin filling.Although there was no significant difference in the filling success rate between Fuji Ⅸ glass ion and light curing composite resin in the first 6 months after operation,Fuji Ⅸ glass ion had higher success rate and lower adverse reaction rate after 12 months of follow-up.It is a simple,safe and effective filling material,which can be popularized and applied in class Ⅱ hole filling.
