摘要
目的探讨男性糖尿病患者血清25-羟基维生素D_(3)[25-hydroxy vitamin D_(3),25(OH)D_(3)]与血清生殖激素水平的关系。方法选取2019年3月—2020年8月本院收治的男性糖尿病患者130例,将其按血脂水平分为观察组(68例)及对照组(62例)。根据入组患者年龄将其分为4组(25~35岁,36~45岁,46~55岁及56~65岁),随后再次将入组患者依据血清25(OH)D_(3)水平将其分为Q1、Q2及Q3组。分别比较观察不同组别患者生殖激素及25(OH)D_(3)等相关激素水平。结果年龄段相同观察组患者25(OH)D_(3)水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着年龄增长,观察组及对照组患者血清25(OH)D_(3)水平均逐渐下降,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Q3组及Q2组睾酮水平明显高于Q1组,且Q3明显高于Q2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),促卵泡激素与睾酮水平变化规律相反。血清25(OH)D_(3)与睾酮水平呈正相关,与年龄、腰围、体质量指数等呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论男性血清25(OH)D_(3)随着血脂及年龄的增高而不断下降,睾酮水平下降亦是25(OH)D_(3)水平下降的伴随因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3)[25(OH)D_(3)]and serum reproductive hormone levels in men with dyslipidemia.Methods A total of 130 male patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(68 cases)and control group(62 cases)according to their blood lipid levels.According to the age of the enrolled patients,they were divided into 4 groups(25-35 years old,36-45 years old,46-55 years old and 56-65 years old),and then the enrolled patients were again divided into groups based on serum 25(OH)D_(3) For Q1,Q2 and Q3 groups.The levels of reproductive hormones,25(OH)D_(3) and other related hormones in different groups were compared and observed.Results The level of 25(OH)D_(3) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of age,the serum 25(OH)D_(3) level of the observation group and the control group gradually decreased,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of testosterone in Q3 and Q2 groups were significantly higher than those in Q1 group,and Q3 was significantly higher than that in Q2 group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Follicle stimulating hormone and testosterone levels change in the opposite way.Serum 25(OH)D_(3) was positively correlated with testosterone level,and negatively correlated with age,waist circumference and body mass index(P<0.05).Conclusion Male serum 25(OH)D_(3) decreases continuously with the increase of blood lipids and age,and the decrease of testosterone level is also a concomitant factor of the decrease of 25(OH)D_(3) level.
