乌梅丸加减治疗湿瘀滞证黄疸的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Curative Effect of Wumei Pills Add and Subtracted Treating Jaundice of Dampness and Stasis Syndrome

目的 探究乌梅丸加减治疗湿瘀滞证黄疸的临床治疗效果。方法 选取本院2020年1月—2021年11月进行治疗的80例湿瘀滞证黄疸患者为此次研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组与研究组,每组40例,其中对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,研究组患者在常规西医治疗的基础上配合乌梅丸加减治疗,比较两组患者的症状、各项化验指标、不良反应发生情况等。结果 经过不同治疗方式进行干预后,研究组患者的临床治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗后,症状积分、体征积分均低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者治疗后肝功能各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者与对照组患者的不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 乌梅丸加减治疗法应用于湿瘀滞证黄疸治疗中,副作用小,可有效改善患者的临床病症,缓解患者的痛苦,提高治疗效果,缩短疗程,患者面部、四肢皮肤黄染逐渐消退,患者的肝功能各项指标均得到明显改善,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wumei pills add and subtracted the treatment of jaundice with wet stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 80 jaundice patients with dampness stasis syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group was given Wumei pills add and subtracted treatment on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment.The symptoms,laboratory indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention with different treatment methods,the clinical treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score and sign score of the study group were lower than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05),and the liver function indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Wumei pills add and subtracted treatment is used in the treatment of jaundice with dampness stasis syndrome.It has no toxic side effects and can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,relieve the patient’s pain,improve the treatment effect,shorten the treatment course,the yellowing of the patient’s face,limbs skin has gradually subsided,and the patients’ liver function indicators have been significantly improved,which has high clinical value.
