摘要
面对当前产业新形态对人才培养的新需求、人的主动发展意识对人才培养方式变革提出的新要求,五年制高职服装专业课程教学的适岗问题日益突出,陷入了教学对象需求分析不准确、教学内容选择不恰当、教学情境创设不真实、教学资源开发不充分等困境。以“三教”改革为着力点,提出转变教师课程教学设计观念、推进教材二次开发、实施项目化教学等实践路径,以期为五年制高职服装专业的高质量发展提供参考。
In the face of the new demand of the current new industrial form for talent training and the new requirements of the reform of talent training methods put forward by people’s active development consciousness,the problem of the suitability of the teaching of clothing major in five-year higher vocational colleges has become increasingly prominent, and it has fallen into such difficulties as inaccurate analysis of the needs of teaching objects,inappropriate selection of teaching content, untrue creation of teaching situations, and inadequate development of teaching resources. With the reform of "three education" as the focus, this paper puts forward some practical paths,such as changing the concept of teachers’ curriculum design, promoting the secondary development of teaching materials, and implementing project-based teaching, in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of clothing major in five-year higher vocational college.
