摘要 培养和提升教师的科研能力是打造五年制高职高素质教师队伍的需要,是教师自我发展和自我完善的需要,更是培养高素质技术技能人才的必然要求。针对五年制高职教师科研意识薄弱、科研能力不足、学校科研氛围不浓的现状,高职院校要通过理念引导、培训指导、典型带动、管理驱动等多种措施全方位、系统性培养教师的科研能力,以此带动提升五年制高职教育的教学成效和人才培养成效,促进五年制高职高质量发展。 Training and improving teachers’ scientific research ability is the need to build a high-quality teacher team in five-year higher vocational education, the need for teachers’ self-development and self-improvement, and the inevitable requirement for training high-quality technical talents. In view of the fact that the five-year higher vocational teachers’ scientific research awareness is weak, their scientific research ability is insufficient, and their scientific research atmosphere is not strong, higher vocational colleges should comprehensively and systematically cultivate their teachers’ scientific research ability through various measures such as concept guidance, training guidance, typical driving, and management driving, so as to promote the teaching effectiveness and talent training effectiveness of five-year higher vocational education, and promote the high-quality development of five-year higher vocational education.
