阶梯式护理在脊髓损伤患者术后康复中的应用效果

Effects of stepwise nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury

目的探讨阶梯式护理在脊髓损伤患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年1月—2021年6月河南省直第三人民医院收治的91例脊髓损伤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=46)与对照组(n=45)。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上予以阶梯式护理干预。比较两组患者术后功能独立性、生活质量。结果干预6个月后,观察组患者脊髓独立性评定量表第3版评分、生活质量综合评定问卷-74各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶梯式护理可促进脊髓损伤患者术后功能恢复,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of stepwise nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods From January 2020 to June 2021,convenience sampling was used to select 91 patients with spinal cord injury admitted to the Henan Third Provincial People's Hospital as the research object.The patients were divided into the observation group(n=46)and the control group(n=45)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received stepwise nursing on the basis of the control group.The postoperative functional independence and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After six months of intervention,the scores of the Spinal Cord Independence MeasureⅢand the scores of each dimension of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory 74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Stepwise nursing can promote postoperative functional recovery and improve the quality of life of patients with spinal cord injury.
