中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症临床研究进展及机制概述

Summary of clinical research progress and mechanism of TCM treatment of endometriosis

子宫内膜异位症属于具有肿瘤特征的妇科常见良性疾病之一,表现为盆腔痛、不孕等症状。现代医学认为其与新生血管、免疫、炎症、激素等方面有密切联系,但其确切发病机制尚在摸索中。中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症经验丰富,临床疗效明显。多年来随着子宫内膜异位症研究的深入,越来越多有力实验证明中医可以通过调节不同机制来获得临床疗效。故笔者收集近几年中医药在改变新生血管率、平衡免疫因子、调节炎症因子、降低雌激素水平、改善卵巢功能、调节血液流变性及血液高凝状态、改变细胞凋亡相关因子的表达等不同形式下治疗子宫内膜异位症的研究进展,用于临床提供思路和借鉴。

Endometriosis belongs to one of the common benign diseases of gynecology with tumor characteristics,manifested as pelvic pain,infertility and other symptoms.Modern medicine believes that it is closely related to neovascularization,immunity,inflammation,hormones and other aspects,but the exact pathogenesis is still being explored.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of endometriosis has rich experience and obvious clinical effect.Over the years,with the in-depth study of endometriosis,more and more powerful experiments have proved that TCM can achieve clinical efficacy by adjusting different mechanisms.Therefore,the author collected in recent years,traditional Chinese medicine in the rate of change of new blood vessels and balanced immune factor,modulate inflammatory factor,lower estrogen levels,improve ovarian function,regulate blood rheology and blood high condensation state,change the expression of apoptosis related factor under different forms such as the research progress of treatment of endometriosis,provide ideas and reference for clinical.
