手术室集束化护理策略在耳内镜下鼓室成形术中的构建及应用效果

Construction and application effect of cluster nursing strategy in operating room in otoendoscopic tympanoplasty

目的探究手术室集束化护理策略在耳内镜下鼓室成形术中的构建及应用效果。方法选取宜春市人民医院2020年1月至2022年1月收治的60例耳内镜下鼓室成形术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施手术室常规护理,观察组患者建立并实施集束化循证护理,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症总发生率及护理质量。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为3.33%,低于对照组23.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对耳内镜下鼓室成形术患者手术室护理中,构建并实施集束化循证护理,可缩短其手术时间及住院时间,减少其术中出血量,降低并发症总发生率,提升护理质量。

Objective To explore the construction and application effect of cluster evidence-based nursing strategy in operating room under otoendoscopic tympanoplasty.Methods A total of 60 patients with otoendoscopic tympanoplasty treated in Yichun People′s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing in the operating room,and the observation group established and implemented cluster evidence-based nursing.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization time,and total complication rate and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 23.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the operating room nursing of patients with otoendoscopic tympanoplasty,the construction and implementation of cluster evidence-based nursing can shorten the operation time and hospital stay,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of nursing.
