3+1整体康复护理在阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用价值

Application value of 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing in patients with Alzheimer′s disease

目的探讨3+1整体康复护理在阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用价值。方法回顾性选取2019年1月至2021年12月沈阳静安精神卫生医院老年科收治的97例阿尔茨海默病患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同分为3+1整体康复护理组(50例)和常规护理组(47例)。常规护理组给予常规性护理措施,3+1整体康复护理组在常规组护理的基础上实施3+1整体康复护理措施,比较两组患者痴呆评分、认知功能评分、抑郁状态评分、日常生活能力评分、情感淡漠状况评分情况。结果干预前,两组患者痴呆评分、认知功能评分、抑郁状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者痴呆评分、认知功能评分、抑郁状态评分均低于本组干预前,且3+1整体康复护理组痴呆评分、认知功能评分、抑郁状态评分低于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者日常生活能力评分、情感淡漠状况评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者日常生活能力评分高于本组干预前,情感淡漠状况评分低于本组干预前,3+1整体康复护理组日常生活能力评分高于常规护理组,情感淡漠状况评分低于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3+1整体康复护理在阿尔茨海默病患者中应用,可以改善临床症状和不良情绪,提高认知功能和日常生活能力,缓解情感淡漠状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore application value of 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing in patients with Alzheimer′s disease.Methods A total of 97 patients with Alzheimer′s disease admitted to the Department of Geriatrics of Shenyang Jing′an Mental Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively selected as the study objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing group(50 cases)and the routine nursing group(47 cases).The routine nursing group was given the routine nursing measures,the 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing group implemented the 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing measures on the basis of the routine nursing group.The dementia scores,cognitive function scores,depression status scores,daily living ability scores and emotional apathy status scores of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the dementia scores,cognitive function scores,depressive state scores between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the dementia scores,cognitive function scores,depressive state scores of two group patients were lower than those before intervention,and dementia score,cognitive function score,depressive state score of 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing group were lower than those of routine nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the daily living ability scores and emotional apathy scores between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the daily living ability scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention, the emotional apathy scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the daily living ability score of 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing group was higher than that of routine nursing group, emotional apathy score of 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing group was lower than that of routine nursing group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing in patients with Alzheimer′s disease can improve clinical symptoms and bad emotions, improve cognitive function and daily living ability, and alleviate emotional apathy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
