转移因子混合液穴位注射联合氯雷他定口服对变应性鼻炎的治疗效果?

Observing clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of mixture solution of transfer factor combined with oral loratadine in treating allergic rhinitis

目的观察转移因子混合液穴位注射联合氯雷他定口服治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将40例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组予氯雷他定口服治疗,观察组在此基础上加用转移因子混合液穴位注射治疗,对比2组患者治疗前、后症状体征总分、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数、血清一氧化氮(NO)水平以及临床疗效。结果治疗前,2组患者症状体征总分、EOS计数及NO水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后症状体征总分、EOS计数、NO水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单用氯雷他定口服比较,转移因子混合液穴位注射联合氯雷他定口服治疗变应性鼻炎疗效更佳。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of mixture solution of transfer factor combined with oral loratadine in treating allergic rhinitis( AR).Methods Forty patients with AR were randomly divided into control and observation groups. Control group was given with oral loratadine, while observation group was treated with oral loratadine plus acupoint injection of mixture solution of transfer factor. Total score of symptoms and signs, peripheral blood eosinophil(EOS) count, serum nitric oxide(NO) level, and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results Before treatment,the total score of symptoms and signs, EOS counts, and NO levels in two groups were no significant difference(P> 0. 05). The total scores of symptoms and signs, EOS counts, and NO levels in two groups were lower after treatment than those before treatment(P< 0. 01), and they were lower in observation group than in control group(P<0. 05). Total clinical efficacy rate was higher in observation group than that in control group(P<0. 05).Conclusion Acupoint injection of mixture solution of transfer factor combined with oral loratadine is more effective than oral loratadine alone in treating AR.
