摘要
以复杂的精细化学品D3萃取提纯单元过程为对象,基于实时智能软件开发平台G2,研究了智能仿真培训系统的建模、设计、编程实现和操作评分等技术,开发了该萃取提纯单元过程的仿真培训系统。实际仿真运行结果表明:该仿真培训系统工艺参数的变化与生产现场实际情况相吻合,能从操作步骤、事故报警和操作质量三方面准确地综合评判操作人员的操作成绩,给出扣分原因。该仿真培训系统能有效地模拟该萃取提纯单元过程的动态操作与运行,对培训和提高工艺操作人员的操作技能、减少误操作具有重要作用。
Based on the real-time intelligent software platform G2, the modeling, design, programming realization and operation scoring techniques are studied with taking extraction and purification process of complicated fine chemical of D3 as the object, and the simulation training system for the process is developed. The actual simulation results show that the changes of process parameters of the simulation system are consistent with the actual situation of the production process, and the operation performance of the operators can be comprehensively evaluated from three aspects of operation steps, accident alarm and operation quality, and the reasons for deduction of points can be given. The dynamic operation and running of the extraction and purification process can be simulated effectively by the simulation system. It plays an important role in training and improving the operation skills of process operators and reducing incorrect operation.
