非线性理论在化工过程周期操作的运用

摘要 介绍了化工过程周期性操作最优化理论的发展,考虑到通过外部周期扰动有可能强化化工过程操作,提升系统控制性能。基于非线性理论推导出周期操作适定性条件,并回顾适用于分析周期性过程操作的数学方法,重点讨论周期性操作的过程强化和稳定化理论,得到周期操作的适定性和稳定化判据,为研究基于非稳态的操作控制一体化研究提供理论基础。 The development of periodic operation optimization theory for chemical process is introduced. Considering that it is possible to strengthen chemical process operation and to improve system control performance through external periodic disturbance. Properness of periodic operating conditions is derived based on the nonlinear theory, and mathematical methods applicable to the analysis of periodic process operations are also reviewed. The theory of process reinforcement and stabilization for periodic operations is discussed with emphasis. The properness and stabilization criteria of periodic operation are obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of operation-control integration based on unsteady state.
