摘要
为保障人身安全及预防事故发生,需准确、及时监视生产过程活动中有可能泄漏和聚集的可燃气体及有毒气体,需合理确定可燃气体及有毒气体监测的工程应用原则。介绍了石油化工可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警设计标准的适用性;介绍了常见的气体探测器工作原理及适用范围、可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警系统的工程应用原则、区域警报器的设计原则。对典型的工程场合进行应用举例,比如石油化工生产装置、控制室新风入口、分析小屋的应用场合,同时对常见热点问题提出见解。
To ensure personal safety and prevent accidents occurring, it is necessary to accurately and timely monitor the combustible and toxic gases that may leak and accumulate in the production. It is necessary to reasonably determine the engineering application principle of combustible gas and toxic gas monitoring and measuring. The application scope of design standard of combustible gas and toxic gas detection and alarm for petrochemical industry are introduced. The working principle and application scope of common gas detectors, the engineering application principle of combustible gas and toxic gas detecting and alarming system, the design principle of regional alarm device are introduced. Examples of typical engineering applications field are given, such as petrochemical production installation, fresh air inlets in control rooms, and analysis cabins, and opinions are put forward on common hot issues.
