摘要
输差分析是长输天然气管道运行降本增效的重要举措。阐述了天然气管道输差分类原则,定量分析了计量系统标准偏差以及管道压力温度变化、第三方破坏造成的输差。分别从技术和管理角度,探讨了天然气管道输差分析方法和工作机制,涵盖基本原则、追溯原则、分析频率和管理体系等。提出基于计量数据库、水力摩阻系数和仿真软件工具的输差定位和预警技术,以及管道企业输差网格化、精细化管理模式。研究成果对于管道企业控制输差在较低水平以及保障管道安全高效运行具有指导意义。
Measurement shortage analysis is an important measure of long-distance natural gas pipeline operation to reduce cost and increase efficiency. The classification principle of natural gas pipeline measurement shortage is put forward. The standard deviation of the metering system and the measurement shortage caused by the change of pipeline pressure and temperature and the damage caused by the third party are analyzed quantitatively. From the perspective of technology and management respectively, the analysis method and working mechanism of natural gas pipeline measurement shortage are discussed, including basic principles, trace ability principles, analysis frequency and management system, etc. The measurement shortage positioning and early warning technology based on measurement database, hydraulic friction coefficient and simulation software tools, as well as the grid and fine management mode of measurement shortage in pipeline enterprises are put forward. The research results have guiding significance for pipeline enterprises to control the measurement shortage at a low level and ensure the safe and efficient operation of pipelines.
