基于移动设备的可降低程序执行风险的计算技术

摘要 流程工业中诸多事故的根本原因与人为错误有关,为了降低该类风险,能够协助操作人员和维修技术人员执行正确操作的智能程序工具显得尤为重要。介绍一种具有扫描功能的互联网移动电话技术,通过使用移动式计算工具,允许执行程序的人员获取每个程序步骤的信息,例如,确认开展活动的位置(借助GPS地图)并通过二维码扫描设备增强辨识,以及有关实施步骤的指导视频等手段来提高安全性。 The root cause of many accidents in process industry is related to human error. To reduce such risk, smart procedure tools that can assist operators and maintenance technicians to perform the correct actions are particularly critical. An Internet cellphone technology with scanning capabilities is introduced. Through using mobile computing tools, the person performing the procedure is permitted to get information about each procedure step, for example, by identifying the location where the activity is carried out(with the help of GPS mapping) and scanning the device with a QR code to strength identification, as well as instructional videos on how to perform the relevant steps to improve the safety.
