猪口蹄疫O型免疫后不同时间抗体检测与分析

摘要 为了更好了解猪口蹄疫O型免疫后不同时间的抗体水平,选取4个规模化猪场共120头仔猪,用口蹄疫(FMD)O型抗体ELISA检测试剂盒进行口蹄疫O型免疫后不同时间抗体水平检测,获得首免及二免后不同时间血样的OD值及检测结果,并对检测结果进行分析总结,以期为今后猪口蹄疫O型抗体评价及科学防控提供参考依据。 In order to better understand the antibody level of pigs immunized with type O of foot-and-mouth disease, 120 piglets was selected from 4 large-scale pig farms, the antibody level of foot-and-mouth disease(FMD) at different time after immunization was detected by using ELISA Kit for FMD type O antibody. The OD values and detection results of blood samples at different time after first and second immunization were obtained, the detection results were analyzed and summarized in order to provide reference for the evaluation and scientific prevention and control of swine foot-and-mouth disease type O antibody in the future.
