围产期母猪饲粮添加大豆异黄酮和山花黄芩提取物对母仔猪抗氧化功能和繁殖性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验旨在研究围产期母猪饲粮中分别添加大豆异黄酮(500 mg/kg)、山花黄芩提取物(500 mg/kg)对母仔猪抗氧化功能及繁殖性能的影响。选取体重、背膘、预产期接近的长×大二元母猪60头,随机分为对照组、大豆异黄酮组和山花黄芩提取物组共三个处理组,每个处理组20个重复,每个重复1头母猪。对照组饲粮为按照NRC(2012)标准进行设计的商品母猪饲粮,试验期为妊娠90日龄至分娩后第8 d。结果表明:1)围产期母猪饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮以及山花黄芩提取物对母猪血清中CAT、GSH-Px的活性以及T-AOC、GSSG的含量无显著影响(P>0.05),与对照组相比,大豆异黄酮添加组母猪血清T-SOD的活性显著提高(P<0.05)、MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),且分别提高20.6%和降低33.4%,母猪血清中GSH含量有提高的趋势(0.1>P>0.05),山花黄芩提取物添加组母猪血清MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),且降低了26.9%,T-SOD的活性和GSH含量有提高的趋势(0.1>P>0.05);2)围产期母猪饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮以及山花黄芩提取物对仔猪脐带血血清中CAT、GSH-Px的活性以及T-AOC、MDA、GSH、GSSG的含量无显著影响(P>0.05),与对照组相比,大豆异黄酮组仔猪脐带血清中T-SOD的活性显著提高(P<0.05),且提高了19.3%,GSH-Px活性也有提高趋势(0.1>P>0.05),山花黄芩提取物组仔猪脐带血血清中T-SOD的活性也显著提高(P<0.05),且提高了9.5%,GSH-Px的活性有提高的趋势(0.1>P>0.05);3)围产期母猪饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮以及山花黄芩提取物对母猪产程、产活仔数、仔猪平均初生重、产后7 d仔猪平均日增重无显著影响(P>0.05),但相比于对照组,大豆异黄酮有提高仔猪初生窝重的趋势(0.1>P>0.05)。围产期母猪饲粮中分别添加500 mg/kg大豆异黄酮和500 mg/kg山花黄芩提取物,增强了母仔猪的抗氧化功能,但对母猪繁殖性能无显著影响。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary soy isoflavone(SI)and extracts of Scutellaria baicalensis and Lonicera confuse(SL)for perinatal sows on antioxidative function and reproduction of sows and newborn piglets.Forty Yorkshire sows with similar weight,back-fat,parity and expected date of confinement were assigned into three groups with 20 replicates per group and 1 sow per replicate.Sows in the control group were fed the basal diet formulated by NRC(2012),those in the SI group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg SI,and those in the SL group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg SL.The experiment period was from 90 d of gestation to 7 d after farrowing.The results showed as follows:1)Dietary SI and SL for perinatal sows had no significant effect on catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities,total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and oxidized glutathione(GSSG)content in serum of sows(P>0.05),and compared to control group,the SI group increased total superoxide(T-SOD)activity,decreased malonic dialdehyde(MDA)content in serum of sows(P<0.05)and had a trend to increase the glutathione(GSH)content in serum of sows(0.05<P<0.1),the SL group decreased MDA content in serum of sows(P<0.05),and had a trend to increase the T-SOD activity and GSH content in serum of sows(0.05<P<0.1);2)Dietary SI and SL for perinatal sows had no significant effect on T-AOC,MDA,GSH,GSSG contents and CAT,GSH-Px activities in serum of new-born piglets(P>0.05),but compared to control group,the SI group and the SL group increase the T-SOD activity(P<0.05)and had a trend to increase the GSH content in serum of new-born piglets(0.05<P<0.1);3)Dietary SI and SL for perinatal sows had no significant effect on labor course,number of piglets bom alive,live bom litter weight of piglets,bom individual weight of piglets and average daily gain(ADG)of piglets in 7 days after bom(P>0.05),but compared to the control group,the SI group had a tend to increase live bom litter weight of piglets(0.05<P<0.1).In conclusion,Dietary SI and SL for perinatal sows did not significant influence on reproduction and immune function of sows and new-born piglets,but increased antioxidative function of sows and newborn piglets to a certain extent.
