不同免疫剂量与次数对蛋鸡禽流感抗体效价的影响

Effects of different doses and times of immunization on antibody titer of avian influenza in laying hens

摘要 为探讨新型禽流感病毒三价灭活疫苗(H5N6 H5-Re13株+H5N8 H5-Re14株+H7N9 H7-Re4株)对蛋鸡的免疫效果,研究不同免疫剂量与次数对抗体滴度的影响。将160羽35日龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为四组,即单次免疫组(Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组)和两次免疫组(Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组)。其中,Ⅰ组接种0.5 mL疫苗,Ⅱ组接种1.0 m L疫苗,Ⅲ组首免和二免各接种0.5 m L疫苗,Ⅳ组首免接种0.5 mL疫苗,二免接种1.0 mL疫苗。在首免接种后的第21 d、90 d、150 d、180 d测定血液抗体滴度。结果表明:免疫接种21 d后,Ⅳ组的3种抗体滴度均达7.9log2以上,合格率达95%以上,两次免疫组(Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组)的抗体保护期达180 d以上,Ⅲ组与Ⅳ组差异不显著。 To explore the immune effect of a novel avian influenza virus trivalent inactivated vaccine(H5 N6 H5-Re13 strain+H5 N8 H5-Re14 strain+H7 N9 H7-Re4 strain) on laying hens, the present study analyzes the effect of different doses and times of immunization on antibody titer. A total of 160 Hy Line Brown laying hens at the age of 35 days were divided into four groups, two single immunization groups(group I, group II) and two twice immunization groups(group III, group IV). Among them, the group I was immunization with 0.5 m L vaccine, the group II was immunization with 1.0 m L vaccine, the group III was first immunization with 0.5 m L vaccine followed by secondary immunization with 0.5 m L vaccine, and the group IV was first immunization with 0.5 m L vaccine followed by secondary immunization with 1.0 m L vaccine. Antibody titers in blood were respectively detected at 21 d, 90 d, 150 d, and 180 d after the first immunization. The results showed that after 21 days of immunization, the titers of three antibodies in group IV were all higher than 7.9 log2, and the qualified rate was higher than 95%. The duration of antibody generation in twice immunization groups(group III and group IV) was more than 180 days, and there was no significant difference between group III and group IV.
