Evaluation and analysis of immune effect of major animal diseases in Xiapu county in 2021

为科学评价霞浦县2021年重大动物疫病集中免疫效果,降低畜禽重大疫病发生率,提高疫情防控能力,切实做好重大动物疫病防控工作,对全县15个乡镇(街道)采集动物血清共712份,开展高致病性禽流感、口蹄疫、小反刍兽疫等8类主要动物疫病抗体监测。结果表明,2021年霞浦县各种动物疫病免疫抗体合格率均超过70%,达到国家农业农村部要求,但羊口蹄疫O型和A型抗体的合格率相对较低,需做好加强补免工作。

In order to scientifically evaluate the centralized immunization effect of major animal diseases in Xiapu county in 2021, reduce the incidence of major animal diseases in livestock and poultry, improve the ability of epidemic prevention and control, and effectively do a good job in the prevention and control of major animal diseases. A total of 712 animal sera collected from 15 towns(streets) in the county, and carried out the monitoring of antibodies against 8 major animal diseases such as highly pathogenic avian influenza, foot-and-mouth disease, and peste des petits ruminants. The results showed that in 2021, the pass rate of various animal disease immunization antibodies in Xiapu county werel exceed 70%, meeting the requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the State, but the pass rate of sheep foot-and-mouth disease type O and type A antibodies is relatively low, and the relief needs to be strengthened.
