摘要 对国标法液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鸡肉中氟喹诺酮类残留进行前处理步骤优化,比较验证两种前处理方法的测定结果。经优化后的方法,试验操作过程简单,结果灵敏度和准确度均在良好线性范围,是较为理想的快速筛查检测方法。 The pretreatment steps for the determination of fluoroquinolones residues in chicken by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) were optimized, and the experimental results of two pretreatment methods were compared by method verification. The optimized method is simple, and the sensitivity and accuracy of the test results are in a good linear range, which is an ideal rapid screening and detection method.
